"We booked two rooms for our family and the first room was not made at all, entirely dirty. The second room was made but was still really dirty, holes in the wall, shaky bed, dirty bathroom - toilet not flushed. We booked two other rooms at the Moxy. Also not the first bad experience with a&o hostel but this was insane. Never again, pay a few Euros more for a clean hotel! Hotels.com didn't help us at all."

"I stayed at this property 1.5 years ago and it was nice, so I booked again. Unfortunately this time I was deeply disappointed. I arrived on a Sunday at 11:40 am and nobody was at the reception, with a notice on the door that reception is closed from 12 to 3. The cleaning lady seemed unable to help with opening the luggage storage. "I didn't known that it was needed to bring my own bedsheets and pillows - at least the receptionist was gentle and explained to us this condition and offered us to borrow these items from the hostel for 3€ per person. The room is nice and clean. The shared bathroom is ok, it is strange that the light switch is outside the bathroom."
