Beautiful and stylish stone house in Deia for up to 6 people.

The house was originally built in the historic village of Deia over 300 years ago, which makes it a perfect hideaway during summer as it always stays fresh and cool. The property benefits from panoramic views of the village and the towering mountains and, unlike many other properties in Deia, this one enjoys sun from morning until evening hours.

The house is distributed in two floors:

On the ground floor we can find the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils for those looking to enjoy some cooking time together with family and/or friends. The kitchen is an open space next to the dining area and living room, equipped with a flat TV screen with international channels as well as Wi-fi available throughout the whole house. From the kitchen area, there is a door leading to the jewel of the house, a magnificent terrace with wooden and built-in furniture, cushions and armchairs all ready to help you submerge in the peaceful Tramuntana vibe. Ideal space for long lunch/dinners with family or friends enjoying the views together with some tasty local food and drinks.
On the ground floor we find a bedroom with two single beds, nice window with lots of light, and an en suite bathroom with shower, sink and a toilet. There is also a common bathroom with a sink and a toilet on the ground floor too.

On the upper floor we will find 2 bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms. The master bedrooms is a large space with beautiful furniture and plenty of details, an en suite bathroom with a bath, sink and toilet, a lovely kingsize bed and a private terrace with two sun loungers and panoramic views.
On this floor we also find a cozy room with a double bed, en suite bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and toilet and a large window with wonderful views.

The outdoor spaces are found in different levels, something usual in houses located in this part of the island, where most of the terrain is sloping, giving us several unique areas with table and chairs, sun loungers, shaded areas etc, where each can find its own personal relaxing space.

In this property, every detail has been taken care of, having been recently renovated, it has a large amount of color details, unique furniture, quality materials such as mediterranean wood, local Binissalem stone, linen and cotton textiles with traditional patterns as well as several unique spaces around the outdoor area that will make your stay a dream come true, full of peace and joy.

Delightful Deia
This is a perfect house to really get the feel of the charming historic village of Deia …everything about the place is delightful. Location, views, furnishings…well equipped kitchen, linens, wifi, cleanliness. Access would be a challenge for those with ambulatory impairment…but the entire village will pose a similar challenge . If you are staying more than a couple days arrange for and buy a parking pass. …don’t miss the hike to the Calla…take the locals route. It is longer , but easier going.

Overall a good experience
The views from the house are amazing. It's clean and well maintained. Very centrally located in Deia. However, there is no parking attached with the unit, so be prepared to fight with other tourists for parking in Deia. And, there are steps up and down to the unit, so it's not luggage friendly.

Absolutely fantastic
Gorgeous house with first class furnishings and linens.The most comfortable beds and snuggly quilts and pillows- we couldn’t get up in the mornings we slept so well!!!The house was lovely and warm- perfect for the Winter.We had a lovely Christmas with everything we needed to cook a Christmas dinner.Beautiful views from both terraces and this house gets a lot of sun, even in the Winter.We couldn’t recommend it enough and will definitely stay here again
