"Fantastic stay. I was celebrating with 13 other friends. The house was perfect for us, lovely hot tub and games area, kitchen facilities were well maintained with plenty of fridge space. The rooms were very clean on arrival and just as expected. Geert was very accomodating. Taxis for all of us into Ghent would have been €240 however a 30 min walk to the loc train station saved us a lot of money. "

"Very interesting cottage with all the facilities we needed and a beautiful garden. Everyone slept well. The upstairs was very quirky and we loved that it had slopey floors. It was a great base for visiting the area. Ronse is a lovely town too. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We felt very welcome!! We would stay again! "

"I enjoyed very much my stay in Henk's guesthouse in Zulte. The unit is clean, quiet, and comfortable, and very nicely located. Shopping and other amenities are nearby, as is access to the heartland of flandrian cycling. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse."

"I organised a trip to the ‘mansion, as we named it, for my 50th birthday. Friends and family came from near and far and we had the most amazing time. The house has something for all ages and is in the most wonderful location for great food and beautiful walks at the doorstep. Ann was a fabulous host and met us at the property to talk through the house and all of its many conveniences and technologies. We had a magical time. Thank you so much."

"we stayed for 2 nights it’s a very quiet, dreamy flemish area, with a cute little lake! absolute dream for a couples weekend! the house has everything you need, kitchen is perfect for cooking and stores and restaurants are close by! the decoration was done with a lot of attention to detail, and the hosts are super friendly! absolutely would recommend"

"We had a great stay in the house. It’s a very peaceful location surrounded by beautiful countryside. The house has two ‘fields’ for gardens at the rear with a mown lawn area near to the house with a patio area allowing you to sit outside for meals. The house is well furnished and well sized for a family. A short drive away are supermarkets a fantastic bakery and several restaurants. "Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."
