Only thing I didn't care much for was the not-fully enclosed shower. It's a walk-in and didn't have a door to be fully closed off, which made it a little colder."

"Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. The breakfast was one of my favourites as they had a great variety, and was the first hotel that offered GF options and I was able to make a tea as they had oat milk too! Very impressed."

"The hot springs was wonderful, the room was clean enough, water was hot, the balcony was wonderful, surrounding landscape was gorgous, lots to see if you want to walk around the area and the staff was nice. The beds sunk into the middle, the room had NO sound control (which made sleeping difficult), the coffee pods were hidden in the desk (which was odd) and the chair on the balcony were not comfortable to sit it, food prices were very high and not very good. Overall it was a good stay, but not worth the cost. I would do a day trip for sure, but not stay overnight. The hotel and area have HUGE potential, but they need to raise the standards to the cost. "
