"The stay was fine, there were no towels and no soap at the accommodation. I had to go buy own towels and soap to take a shower. The were no cell phone charging points and some beds were making squeaky sound, probably to old. There was not enough parking as well "

"This place is an absolute gem! My husband and I truly enjoyed this venue for our last few days in Plettenburg Baii! The venue is absolutely beautiful but I can say that this place wouldn’t be as beautiful as it was without the great staff. The service given was superb and it truly felt like home being there!"

"We stayed for two nights in a room with a view over the harbour. The room felt a bit dated and the walls quite thin (so much so we got a call from reception asking us to turn our tv volume down as next door found it too loud - this was before 10pm). Reasonable breakfast options. We ate dinner at two local restaurants, as the hotel restaurant is only for breakfast, but getting a table could be a challenge on busy days."
