"Unit tucked around the back of suburban house. Th photo is of the house and not the actual Unit Car left out the front. Access via badly laid limstone blocks as steps , then across a gravel patch and step up onto Verandah by wobbly wooden box used as a step and no handrails. Verandah had no safety rail around edge . Because we couldn't access the room safely , we cancelled and Stayz gave us a refund. Until improvements are made , would not reccomend.. It proved difficult to find alternate...

"My partner and I were looking for somewhere close to Margaret River and privacy which is exactly what Patricia’s Studio delivers. A cute and cosy cottage style place for two with a gorgeous courtyard where all we could hear were the surrounding animals. We absolutely loved it and did not want to leave. Thank you so much, it really made my birthday weekend a truly special one!"

"Absolutely magnificent spartmemt. Luxury in every little detail. The best place we rented during our 2 month trip. Spotlessly clean and design all over. Improvement could be done regarding: Communication. Had to contact the owners myself the day before, when I hadn’t received any information regarding check in. A bit stressful. Wifi didn’t work in the bedroom where it also easily would fit one more queen-bed for guests who need 2 beds. "

"Beautiful space, big bedroom, comfy bed, nice big bathroom, lovely courtyard space, secluded at the back of the propery. Hosts very responsive & good communication. Short walk to beach, cafe, etc. Highly recommend "
