"This apartment was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. Located within walking distance to the downtown area of Ellsworth, and only about 25-30 minutes from Bar Harbor. Apartment is immaculate, recently updated, and very comfortable. Easy to check in and out, all the and the overall atmosphere inside has a minimalist, relaxing feel to it."

"Decent place to stay if you are visiting Bar Harbor, etc. Apartment itself is nice enough and there's a great Sri Lankan restaurant just across the road. Contact with the management company was very good and they responded quickly. Only issue is that the bed is small and the mattress not very good so you 'rolled together' quite a lot. The room it's in is a decent size so could definitely take a bigger bed"

The room was nice and I think we both enjoyed the historic aspect of the building. The property manager was exceptional in regards to responses while we were there. "The apartment is nice and clean and well maitain. However, we need to buy a fan from Walmart, to circulate the air in the bedroom since it is located in the back, the cold air from the front of the apt can not travel to the back."

"Outstanding location. This is within walking distance of Maine Savings Amphitheater! Most comfortable mini couch I’ve ever been in. Open space is great! However, this was advertised on VRBO as having a clothes washer and dryer. Upon arrival, unit DID NOT have a working clothes washer. After several communications with the unit’s POC and after determining that the washer could not be replaced in time during my stay, we agreed to reasonable compensation for this inconvenience. "We visited the Acadia / Bar Harbor area. Orland was approximately 40 minutes from that area. The apartment was very clean & comfortable, we had everything we needed for our weekend stay. It’s located on a small lake, and is surrounded by lots of trees. "
