"This property is disgusting!!! The rooms are filthy with holes in the ceiling & walls. The sink handle was broken I had to switch rooms & the new room was no better !! It’s in an unsafe environment that shoots while kids are outside playing with a lot of gang violence and drug wars. This specific hotel is full of homeless people who breaks in rooms at night so please protect yourself & your kids at all times keep your chain lock on the door . My door was chipped up bad from others breaking in it...

"If you book a wheelchair access room then the kitchen, counters in the bathroom should be accessible to wheelchair bound person. Also the shower bench is incredibly small. This room really doesn't meet the needs of someone who's handicapped. Other than the reasons above the staff were very friendly and the facility is clean. The area outside has its share of sketchy people who use the benches outside and are not guests. "

"This hotel was clearly a former hub of drug and criminal activity: as was evident by the guard attended gate, occasional prostitute roaming the walkways, and restriction on having visitors in your room after 9 pm. The property is slightly run down, but the room was comfortable. This hotel is not a vacation destination. Its primarily for transients who need a cheap and somewhat safe place to stay. HAVEN hotel is the perfect name for it."
