The Perfect Spot
This is the third time our group has been to this house and we loved it just as much as the first time! It sleeps a ton of people comfortably and plenty of space to relax. Misty the property manager is so communicative and helped out so much! This is a wonderful spot with beautiful views!

Great Location and Space
We had a large group of 15 people and had plenty of space to stretch out and not be on top of anyone. Facilities met or exceeded all our expectations. We would highly recommend anyone needing a place to stay with a lot of room and a great view of the river to stay here.

Wonderful wedding weekend
This was the perfect place for our weekend stay for our son's wedding at Lee University Chapel in Cleveland. Very spacious, well equiped kitched for feeding large group. The views were breathtaking! Highly recommend this for a family getaway, graduation, special event with a large group!

Great House but needs some TLC
Big family re-union and the bedrooms easily accommodated 13 adults, 3 bathrooms are a challenge in the mornings. The house is architecturally beautiful but needs a some TLC.

Amazing Stay
This was our second time at this wonderful home. We come to Dayton for the National Volleyball Tournament. We love the space it provides, and the view of the lake is amazing. This house is in a private area and also close to town, so it works out perfect for everyone's needs. I highly recement this home for any visit.

In town for wedding
House was great! Very clean and spacious. We had a great time during or stay. Loved the fact that it was away from everything but not too far. Will stay again if we ever are back in the Chattanooga area.

River House
This was our second year in a row that our family brought in the New Year at this fabulous property! There was enough bedrooms and space to accommodate all 13 of us. We loved the hot tub and played a lot of pool games. Great fun for the teenagers as well as us adults. Management was quick to respond to our concerns. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful location, amazing property!
We rented this house for a family reunion and it was pretty perfect for our needs. There were a few cleanliness issues that were addressed by the host immediately after notification, but otherwise this house was perfect for us. The rural location was peaceful and absolutely gorgeous. We all enjoyed waking up to the amazing lake views, hiking around the area, and exploring the house and little stony beach. Having enough space was vital and this house had space to spread out while still allowing us to have intimate conversations and cozy evenings together.

Perfect place!
This house is massive! Perfect for our 8 adult women annual cousins' trip. Plenty of room to gather together or spread out! The decks are awesome and we enjoyed all the amenities. Ping pong, pool table, a wide variety of board games, the grill and more! Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We hope to stay here again!

Family reunion
The house is very large and can easily accomodate 14 adults, 2 teenagers, and 3 small children. Very beautiful and perfect lake/river view. We rented a pontoon boat and that was fun. Misty, the host, is very nice and responsive to any needs you might have. Lot of steps to the river front. You will get a nice workout while you're there.

Beautiful view
We had a great week at the lake house. It is on the river and was very quiet and peaceful. Renting a boat was a great way to explore the river, and swim. If your going there to fish not many fish are biting. Fished from morning until dark many different locations and only coughs 2 bigger fish. House pretty much everything you will need. The owners very attentive and responsive.

Beautiful Area
The area is absolutely beautiful, especially near and on the water. The location couldn't be better. The marina is very accommodating and easy to work with if you choose to rent a boat. The hot tub flashed "needed cleaned 9 days ago" while we were there and the downstairs bath is a little beat up. I would recommend bringing a few of your own pots and pans if you plan to cook. That being said, we enjoyed our time very much and could not be more pleased with the space this house provided for our large family gathering.

great for fishermen
I have seen this house and have it booked twice this spring. I have been a tournament bass fisherman since 1975 and have never seen a nicer vacation rental property. It is on the best lake in the country for big bass, and is 7 river miles upstream from Dayton where most of the big tournaments are held. Cotton Port Ramp is a mile away by road and less by water, you can leave your boat in the water or take it out and have plenty of level parking at the house. I highly recommend this rental, the house is simply gorgeous.

Women's Retreat
This house was perfect for our church women's retreat. We loved the spacious open concept upstairs that let us all feel like we were together even if we were eating in separate "rooms." The kitchen was a delight to do meal prep in and the view was amazing. Karen was terrific to work with, answered all my questions and was very flexible as we set up a reservation that worked for our time needs. The only complaint our participants had was that the majority of the sleeping space is downstairs where there is only one small bathroom, but we made it work during our short stay.
