This large 6,500 sq ft estate on 20 private acres is the perfect getaway retreat for large groups to get together and make incredible memories.

The highlight of the home is the incredible private indoor pool, providing endless entertainment for guests of all ages. Imagine kicking back and relaxing on a pool float watching a big game or even the blockbuster movie Jaws on the 86 inch big screen tv in the pool room. Guests can pull up a stool at the poolside full bar or get warmed up in the sauna before going for a swim.

Sleep up to 28 guests (fee applies for each guest over 12 guests)

Too many amenities to list- Heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, outdoor firepit, outdoor patios, propane grill, blackstone grill, indoor fireplace (confirm availability), 2 86 inch TVs, fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs in every bedroom, pool table, ping pong table, poker table, cornhole, giant connect 4, pickleball, basketball, massage chair, and much much more!

Great location only 2 hours to Chicago, Indiana, N. Ohio, and Metro-Detroit. Close to snowmobile trail network, Lake Michigan Beaches, wineries, shopping, casino and several lakes for swimming and boating.
-Each guest over 12 guests requires pre-approval and payment of $20 per night additional guest fee, fee applies whether staying overnight or visiting unless Host agrees otherwise,

-No events without Host pre-approval.

-No smoking of any kind inside any portion of the home.

-Pets must be pre-approved and require payment of $100 fee per pet.

-No fireworks.
