"Ein sehr schönes Hotel, wo auf Sauberkeit geachtet wird. Beim Essen war es leider völlig überlaufen, man musste überall anstehen und warten, egal welche Uhrzeit man kam. Dadurch war es im Speiseraum sehr ungemütlich. An der Bar wurde man leider an den Tischen nicht bedient, sondern musste sich die Getränke selbst holen und an einem Abend war es mit einer sehr langen Wartezeit verbunden. "Unfortunately we were expecting four stars standard as that’s how it was advertised on Hotels.com. However we were allocated 2 stars instead due to overbooking. All very strange and confusing. As such I am rating this at 4 stars rather than two stars. We didn’t moved to another hotel, as offered by hotels.com, as we wanted to be with friends as that was main purposes of the trip."

"The hotel itself was beautiful, well maintained and clean. There's a nice bar/restaurant on the main floor. The room we booked (Exclusive Studio Suite) was not the one we got. The owner (?)/man at the front desk said that we paid for the Deluxe Double Room. I showed him the confirmation from hotels.com and he still said that wouldn't be the price for the room (that it was more in zloty) and that there was something wrong with the way it was advertised on the site. That was very disappointing. "
