"I was really unhappy about the state of the cottage. It was once clearly a lovely cottage. Nicely decorated with quality fittings. But it was dirty and grubby. Starting at the front door. Weeds at the doorstep, dirty windows, cobwebs, grubby carpets, marked walls, dirty coasters, unopened mail in piles, filthy kitchen cupboard shelves, cupboards under stairs full of dirt and untidy, kitchen under sink filthy and stinking, back garden full of weeds, absolutely disgustingly filthy velvet...

"The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. "The Studio was well-equipped although a tight fit in places like the kitchen and toilet. The lounge, TV viewing area and bed were good although we did not use the TV. There were plenty of books and games to use during the stay. The conservatory area was very good with lovely picture windows offering views over the neighbouring farmer's field which offered a variety of wildlife, including Muntjac deer, golden pheasant, rabbits and a multitude of smaller birds Parking was on the street right...
