"All was well. Except for two things For an hotel of this class there should be USB ports to charge phones and ipads in the room. There weren’t and it wasn’t easy to recharge. The plugs weren’t firm enough to stand the plug converters and there was no surface near the bed or near a table. The staff was very helpful but some looked like students who were a bit at sea. Maybe think about more training? But except for this, all was fine"

"Pros: location, superior room size. Cons: Price vs Quality. A/C and heater way too noisy. Check in is late at 4:00pm (and not before, even if you call the day before and ask if possible to check in earlier), check out is at 11:30am (and they make sure to let you know at check in that you must leave the room by 11h30). I think, depending on which day you check in and who is checking you in you will probably have a different experience at thisbhotel. It would need more consistency throughout the property and service standards according to what the end goal of the hotel is (luxury, 4stars, or rather I would say a good 3stars). At the end, we expected a luxury hotel, but it's not."
