Duplex crossing of 45 m2 bright and renovated with panoramic views of the basin and the sea. The sunsets on the large balcony are beautiful. Close to the city center and all amenities. Located on the 3rd floor (elevator) with entrance and separate wc, staircase leading to the living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and a new kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a large family fridge with 3 freezer trays, induction hob 4 fires with extractor hood, microwave and washing machine, all dishes and crustacean service, many kitchen utensils and all condiments needed to prepare good dishes.
On the lower level, a bathroom with bath and a large bedroom with cupboards and views of Trouville.
This apartment is very bright and well equipped for your comfort, functional and neat decoration, with wifi internet access.
For long stays (5 nights minimum), the bed of the room is prepared with a beautiful duvet cover (1 set of sheet provided for additional people for the sofa bed) giving you a very good sleep, new quality mattresses . Towels available for all guests.
Large bay windows overlooking the pool and the sea with balcony equipped with 2 deckchairs and a large outdoor table with 4 chairs summer.
Just drop off your bags and enjoy your stay. The car is not essential.
Free parking in the marina at the foot of the Duplex building "L'ANCRE".
Near the beach (500 meters via the dike and the walkway without cars on the way), and restaurant-creperie "the pirate" at the bottom of the residence.
For outdoor activities, for children and adults alike, several tennis courts, mini-golf and ponies / horseback riding 500 meters away. Swimming pool and Thalasso 900 meters.
3 18-hole golf courses, horse racing, polo and Yearlings sales in summer. Sailing-catamaran courses at the sailing club Trouville.
To go to Trouville, you are on foot nearby. A ferry is 500 meters to cross the Touques by water taxi (La Touques is the shipping channel that separates Deauville and Trouville). Trouville market on Sunday morning is great for sourcing local products (seafood and vegetables). Market in Deauville every day of summer, holidays and Saturdays.
Beautiful walks and discovery of Honfleur, Etretat, Houlgate, Cabourg and you are just 1 hour from Normandy landing beaches D-DAY.

Lovely apartment great view.
We had a wonderful stay at Frederic’s apartment. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. Both of the beds very comfortable.. Although there is a lift ,you need to climb 16 concrete stairs to get to it. With a toddler and pram sometimes difficult. Frederic very kindly carried our large bag for us. We went for a break from the Paris heat. The ocean breeze and the beach were very much appreciated. Thank you Frederic we had a very good break.

Well situated for both Deauville and Trouville, this lovely flat is comfortable and well equipped.
Our stay in this apartment was delightful. The flat is very comfortable and nicely decorated. It is equipped to a very high standard with excellent kitchen equipment. We have rented many properties abroad but the bed and sofa bed were the most comfortable ever. Ours was a winter visit and so we appreciated how warm the flat was. The view of the sea was also very welcome. Not the least of the attractions was the location in Deauville Marina. The centre of Deauville is just a ten minute walk away and the beach is very near. Trouville is about a 25 minute walk but, in summer, a ferry operates which brings you very quickly to the Trouville quayside, near to the celebrated brasserie Les Vapeurs.

Sehr schön gelegenes Appartement mit toller Aussicht
Das Appartement ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Es ist für 2 Personen ideal. Das Haus liegt am Hafen und den Ausblick von der 3. Etage über den Hafen auf das Meer haben wir täglich auch bei Regen genossen. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Das Bett hat eine Breite von 1,40 m. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war die oben angeordnete kleine Toilette ohne Waschbecken. Das eigentliche Bad ist schön und liegt zwei halbe Treppen tiefer. Das Haus außerhalb der Wohnung ( Flur, Treppenhaus) ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, der Check- In war unkompliziert.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, der Vermieter war sehr zuverlässig, pünktlich und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, vor allem sehr sauberes Bett samt Matratzen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Nur ein Manko gibt es bei der Sauberkeit der Flure im Allgemeineigentum, hier schläft man ja aber nicht. Dies ist jedoch landestypisch.

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in diesem schönen Appartement, und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. The apartment is very well planned and furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. The view is fantastic and the accessibility to the beach is easy via the marina. Also very close to the city center. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement mit Meerblick
Ende August verbrachten wir zwei Wochen In dem schönen Duplex-Appartement mit Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail und ausgesuchten Fotos, die man mit einem Urlaub am Meer und speziell mit Deauville verbindet. Materialien und Farben sind perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt; es fehlt an nichts. In diesem Ambiente entstand sofort ein angenehmes Urlaubsgefühl. Die Lage ist ideal, kurze Wege zu den Stränden von Deauville, Trouville und in die Stadt. Der Gastgeber Frédérik war sehr sympathisch; es war eine angenehme Atmosphäre bei An- und Abreise. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder hierher!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage
Wir durften 10 Tage in Frederics wunderschöner Wohnung mit komplett eingerichteter Küche verbringen. Die Lage war perfekt; ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum wunderschönen Strand von Deuaville und direkter Meerblick vom großen Balkon!! Völlig unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out; netter Kontakt mit Vermieter. Einziges kleines Manko: sehr wenig Stauraum (Schränke) in der Wohung, wenn man mit 4 faktisch erwachsenen Personen (zwei Teenagern) verreist. Alles in allem jedoch eine absolute Empfehlung!!!

Appartement extrêmement agréable. Descriptif parfaitement conforme à la réalité. Bon emplacement, au calme mais proche de tout, appartement lumineux, très propre, décoration très soignée, des tableaux au mobilier en passant par la vaisselle, très bonne literie, équipement électroménager parfait, stationnement facile...aucune fausse note et envie d'y revenir. Petit bémol pour les personnes à mobilité réduite en raison des escaliers entre les niveaux de l'appartement qui peuvent représenter une difficulté. Propriétaire accueillant et arrangeant. A recommander sans hésitation.

Hote tres serieux, exact au rendez-vous, appartement tres bien tenu et parfaitement conforme à l'annonce, rien à redire, lit confortable avec 2 oreillers chacun (c'est tres bien passé un certain âge ...) lit en 140 (je suis plutot habitué au 160 mais pour 7 jours ça va très bien. Tres agréable vue du balcon, sur le port et sur l'ocean. A recommander.

Bel appartement vue mer très reposant.

Wir hatten sehr schöne 14 Tage in diesem wohnlichen Appartement, Entgegenkommen bei der Ankunftszeit, Empfang sehr herzlich, Appartment sehr sauber, alles wie beschrieben; der Blick vom Balkon wunderschön, hervorragend gelegen. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer für deutsche Verhältnisse oder für unser Alter etwas schmal, sind dann auf die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ausgewichen, prima. Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cet appartement très propre, très bien équipé et tout à fait bien conçu. La location est très bien située pour les courses du quotidien ainsi que pour visiter les sites incontournables des environs. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire.
