Nous connaissons déjà l'appartement de l'année dernière. rien ne s'est amélioré, juste empiré. La propreté laisse à désirer. Il y a bien d’autres choses qui ne vont pas aussi. L'emplacement est génial, la maison et le garage sont bien. La Gardienne compétente et serviable. Il n'y a aucun engagement pour le client : le grille-pain était défectueux (toujours en court-circuit), cela a été signalé, et un remède a été promis. Au bout de 10 jours, rien ne s'était passé. Nous sommes désolés pour l'emplacement, mais nous ne réserverons plus l'appartement.

Merveilleux !!!
L'appartement est tout simplement MAGNIFIQUE !!! Au-delà de nos attentes !!! La vue est extraordinaire, l'emplacement idéal, nous ne pouvions rêver mieux ! La communication avec Christine était top, elle fut très arrangeante concernant les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour ! Nous reviendrons, cela ne fait aucun doute !!!

gepflegtes Haus, hilfsbereite Consierge, großer Tiefgaragenplatz, toller Blick auf das Strand-/Meer-/ Le Havre-Panorama und die Perlenkette von Schiffen am Horizont! Gut und funktional eingerichteter Wohnraum mit schrecklichem ausgefransten Pseudotierfellteppich unter dem Essglastisch, Lampen über dem Tisch seitlich versetzt mit Kopfnussgefahr. Elektrogeräte in der kleinen Küche modern, keine Gebrauchsanleitungen, Tiefkühlfach komplett vereist. Man schläft nach hinten in niedrigen Betten sehr ruhig und gut. 1 Minibad mit gut funktionierender Dusche: wo geht das Wasser hin bei den undichten und schmutzigen Fugen? Größeres Bad mit Duschwanne und leicht schräg benutzbarer Toilette. Preis/Leistung ist dem teuren Niveau von Deauville angemessen. Wir würden wieder buchen

Ce qui m’ Beaucoup gênée c’est qu’il n’ avait aucune assiette creuse et 1 seul saladier c’est vraiment trop trop juste. De plus les casseroles et les poêles étaient très sales je ne m’en suis pas servie ça me dégoûtait

Très belle vue, bel emplacement, propreté médiocre
Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans cet appartement qui offre effectivement une vue exceptionnelle sur la plage de Deauville. Les photos de l’annonce montrent l’appartement sous sa meilleure lumière, la réalité n’était pas exactement aussi belle. On voit que les travaux de rénovation commencent à dater un peu et que l’entretien n’est pas au top, par exemples les toilettes étaient sales et la baignoire encrassée avec des traces de calcaires marron, le lave-vaisselle n’avait pas de sel et ne lavait donc pas correctement, les ustensiles (casseroles et poêles) de cuisine étaient en très mauvais état, le four très sale, le fauteuil rouge avait de taches tout comme les draps du lit double et d’une serviette. Des petits/gros détails qui ont leur importance, également vu les de frais de ménage très élevés.

Im Juni waren wir zu zweit für eine Woche in diesem Apartment. Die Fotos zeigten den genauen Zustand und die Lage der Unterkunft. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und stylisch, alle benötigten Elektrogeräte und Kochgeschirr sind vorhanden, Fayence und Porzellan von Gien und Villeroi&Boch, viele Gläser, und Besteck. Wohnraum elegant und edel eingerichtet mit Designobjekten. Der nach hinten extra zu erreichende private Teil mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern (1 Toilette inkl.) sind sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert, 1 Zimmer mit Stofftapete, 1 Zimmer maritim. (Betten etwas kurz für Menschen über 180cm). Genügend Raum für Bekleidung (22 Holzbügel) und Wäsche, man kann alles einfach in Ordnung halten. Eine breite Terrasse zum Meer nach Westen, 2 schmalere, ebenfalls möblierte Balkone nach Osten. - Gepflegtes Haus mit Concierge-Dienst, charmante, hilfsbereite Verwalterin, die jederzeit erreichbar ist. Traumhafte Lage am Rande des möglichen Getümmels zur Hochsaison, Carrefour in der Nähe. - Die Region ist geprägt vom Meer, der Milchwirtschaft und der Pferdezucht. - Mehr geht nicht. 100%, 5 Sterne*****. Unser Dank gilt der Besitzerin, die die Wohnung so kultiviert eingerichtet und uns überlassen hat.

Deauville ist eine Reise wert.
Die Lage des Objekts ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung weist von der Einrichtung ein angenehmes Ambiente auf. Allerdings erscheint uns die Wohnung, wie angeboten, für 4 Personen weniger geeignet, da es zu wenig Kleiderschränke gibt und nur eine Toilette vorhanden ist. Wir hätten uns über wenigstens einen deutschen Fernsehsender wie über eine Bedienungsanleitung des Backofens und der Mikrowelle gefreut. Ansonsten war der Urlaub dort sehr schön.

Nous rentrons juste de notre séjour de 5 jours passés dans ce magnifique appartement, très bien situé, au calme, face à la plage de Deauville. Très belle vue, appartement très bien équipé et agréable, à 10 mn à pied du centre ville (ballade très agréable le long de la plage et des planches...); nous avons, de plus, eu une semaine avec un temps superbe ce qui ne fait qu'accentuer notre nostalgie d'avoir quitté les lieux ... très bon accueil par Stéphanie Si nous revenons dans la région, nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer cet appartement. Merci.

Lovely property with nice views.
Had a very pleasant stay in a nicely situated property with lovely views to the sea. The apartment is in a smart building in a lovely part of town. There is a dedicated parking space in the secure garage below the building. The kitchen is small but adequate. Some instructions on the use of the appliances would be helpful. Although the property is advertised as having two bathrooms, one is only a shower room with no toilet and so the toilet in the other bathroom must be shared. The plumbing on the bath needs attention but we understand this will be fixed shortly. Otherwise a very nice property.
