The Viewpoint, near Deal, Kent

Cosy, relaxing studio guesthouse raised on stilts to make the most of the fantastic views over the countryside & coastline now offering a private hot tub in its own little courtyard. A place to relax, reflect and be at one with nature with pretty, quaint towns and villages nearby, including Deal and Sandwich. You will really feel like you've escaped the bustle of every day. The property is easily accessible from London (an hour on the fast train from St Pancras).

Guest access
Upper floor of The Viewpoint and access to The Viewpoint are only accessible areas to guests unless specifically invited otherwise.

It can get muddy out here in the country so if it has been raining you may want to bring appropriate footwear.
Other things to note
Birds will be released into garden after 9am.

Hot Tub is at ground level, please no music and keep noise to a minimum outside.

There is a small business run from the premises as our main home is on the premises also. Traffic is steady throughout working hours and minimal out of hours. Very unlikely to disturb your peace.
