Shell Seekers Cottage is a charming holiday home, and the perfect place for families and friends wanting to explore this lovely part of Kent. On the ground floor, the open plan sitting / dining room provides an excellent space for socialising whilst the modern kitchen is well equipped and opens out onto the enclosed garden, which is the ideal place to relax and soak up some sun. And you can bring your four-legged friend too. Upstairs on the first floor are two bedrooms and a large bathroom and on the second floor is the third bedroom with a handy ensuite wc and basin. Shell Seekers Cottage is located in the lovely Georgian town of Deal and a short walk to the seafront with its long promenade and Pier, and to the high street with an array of charming independent boutique shops, cafes, and artisan traders.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
