"Welcoming staff, nice clean rooms, great territory with food and small houses for cats 😻tasty breakfast buffet with lot of vegetables. Room service options are limited and not exactly as appear on the menu; in general not too many dining options except open evening buffet but you can walk to nearby places. Gorgeous heated swimming pools, really warm and clean. Amazing Zara spa with good but not cheap treatments and lovely facilities. We come here every year in December to enjoy warm weather😍"

"The Black Iris is located in a central location in Madaba. We had no expectations but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel has little curb appeal but inside the hotel was modern and very clean. Our room was a good size with a fridge and large comfortable bed. AC/ heat not an issue. The bathroom was good with a shower that provided plenty of hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was provided and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was off the street in a lot next to the hotel. For the rate charge the Black Iris was a hidden gem."
