Between the master BR, double bunks and comfy pull-out couch, we can sleep up to 7 guests. And Bow River is just a short stroll out your own ground floor patio and steps to the extra large hot tub. The perfect mix of style, home &nature!

Nestled in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, our cozy retreat in Dead Man's Flats provides an ideal winter escape just minutes away from Canmore and a short 25-minute drive to Banff. Immerse yourself in the tranquil, snow-covered surroundings, far from the hustle and bustle, yet still close to exceptional dining, boutique shops, and pristine winter trails.

Unwind in the warmth of our inviting living space, where you can snuggle up on the couch by the crackling fireplace and enjoy a movie on the TV. Alternatively, embrace the winter wonderland outside and partake in exhilarating activities while soaking in the breathtaking mountain vistas. Plus, for those chilly winter evenings, our unit is equipped with an electric fireplace and in-unit furnace, ensuring you remain comfortable during your stay.

House Rules:
Please remove shoes at the front door.
For Noise Complaints or any after-hour issues (10pm-6am) please contact Spillett Security at 403-493-4661 or 403-493-4660 (Water leaks, furnace break down, noise complaints, etc).

Extra Charges and Fees:
Please note that additional housekeeping charges may apply for excessive messiness or damage to our unit or furniture. These fees include:

- National park pass missing: $150+ for replacement. (until June 2025)
- Parking pass missing: $150 for a replacement.
- Late checkout fee: $25 (applies after 11 am without prior approval by the host)
- Extra garbage fee: $25 (for garbage/recycling left in the unit)
- Extra cleaning fee: $25 (for excessive cleaning needs, such as food left in the kitchen/on tables, or dishes not done)
- Towel replacement fee: $10 (for damaged towels, replacement price per towel)
- Linen replacement fee: Varied (depending on the damaged item)

Perfect location
This property provided us with a great base from which to explore Canmore, Banff and Kananaskis. The property is lovely with everything one would need. The are also provides several walking paths from which to explore nature and is close to the Bow River and the Three Sisters camp grounds (which are lovely as well). Consider booking if you are in the area and looking for a good place to explore and venture from.

Girls Getaway
My best friend & I stayed a couple nights for a girls getaway that was close to Banff, Canmore & Kananaskis. The condo was lovely & it was great to have the hot tub just outside our door! It was great to have a full kitchen & living space to hang out in. The only downside of this condo is that the second bedroom is actually a den without any windows & the bottom bed mattress was not very comfortable since it was very thin. Otherwise it was perfect! Would stay here again with my family for sure!

Our condo was very clean and plenty of room to unwind and relax. The kitchen included everything we needed for our stay. The BBQ was a little temperamental, but we got it to work well enough. Although there was a lot of construction going on in the area, the sound proofing was adequate so we didn’t hear much noise from the workers or from our neighbours. All in all a very good experience.

The condo was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped for those who prefer to cook in rather than go out. Full size washer/dryer was a wonderful touch with children. Loved that this propety had a patio with BBQ. Hot tub was right outside patio for convenient access. Fully stocked kitchen for all the comforts of home, and even had spices and oil for cooking. Very comfortable and clean. Would stay here again.
