PARKING
Onsite heated parkade ensures secure parking for one vehicle per suite. Additional vehicles, can park in designated parking areas around the hamlet.

Copperstone Resort is located in the beautiful hamlet of Dead Man's Flats, just a 5 minute drive to Canmore. At Copperstone there is an amazing oversized outdoor hot tub, with a courtyard hang out zone equipped with gas fire table, grilling stations and cozy chairs. There is an on-site fitness facility and pool table as well!

Wild Sage can be accessed easily within 1.5 hours from the Calgary International Airport and is in the perfect location for accessing all the fun that the nearby town of Canmore has to offer! Follow the directions provided in the Welcome Message.

HOUSE RULES

*No smoking/vaping of any kind inside the house and please leave property to smoke cigarettes. Improperly disposed of cigarettes can spark a forest fire.
*No Pets, No Parties, No Candles, No Unregistered Guests.
*Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of your neighbours.
*Please remove all footwear at the door.
*No Bikes, Skis or Snowboards allowed inside.
*Please notify us if something breaks or stops working.

CANCELLATION POLICY - FIRM
*Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.
*If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.
*After that, 50% refund of nightly rate up to 7 days before check-in.
*No refund after that.

CANCELLATION CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES

* Original Transaction Processing Fees: Stripe's processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. These fees are non-refundable.
* Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe's refund policy.
* Hostaway Application Fee: Hostaway imposes a 1% fee of the total reservation cost for processing cancellations.
