Named the Best Main Street of 2017 Beautiful Downtown Deland is filled with unique shops and antique stores. Eat at local restaurants and cafes with outdoor seating. Home to Stetson University, Deland, Florida is located in western Volusia County and is about 40 miles from Orlando and its theme parks and about 25 miles from Daytona Beach. Our home is in the north side of town – five minutes to Downtown Deland and 4 miles to an I4 ramp.

We were very impressed with the house. The 2 back bedrooms are HUGE! The house looks exactly like the pictures. It was very easy to communicate with our host who always answered promptly. If we come back to Deland, we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay
Great house. Clean and tidy. The two bed bedrooms are huge. I knew they were by the pics but bigger than I expected. Pool was the perfect size and spent a lot of time on the covered patio. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house and pool were very well maintained and clean. We had enough space for our three families. The house was beautiful, I took my kids and I for a week vacation. The kids loved the pool, it was centrally located from family and friends houses for them to visit and only 35 min from/to airport and 30 min to Daytona. We would definitely rent from Dagan and his wife again!

Excellent property and manager
This is the perfect house to stay in when visiting Deland and Daytona. It is close to an abundance of interesting places, shopping, restaurants and attractions. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with the TV's, but the owners were very quick to respond to communication and fixed the issue promptly. Have stayed at this house twice now and will again in the future.

Perfect spot
The pool was perfect for the kids they loved it. The place was so big they also played hide and seek inside. Beach was only 20 mins for New Symra and 40 for ormond beach. Stetson university was 2 mins away for graduation and dormitory’s. Downtown was also 2 mins away publix, and chilis. Exactly was we wanted. Thank you so much when my daughter forgot her doll they allowed us to go search after check out.

Location, location, location!
Pulling up to the property we had an idea of what we had rented for the week but this home blew us away. Immaculately cleaned inside, spacious and a pool for the kids. This home was the best VRBO home we've stayed in. Check in and communication with the owner was seamless. This property has a great location 1:15 minutes or less to New Smyrna, Daytona, St. Augustine, Apopka (Kelly Rock Springs), and of course Disney! Thank you Franson rentals!

Delighted in Deland
This house was awesome for my family. I traveled with my kids and parents and there was plenty of room for us all. I have family living in Deland and one day they came over as well and we were all comfortable. The location was perfect, close enough to everything we needed and far enough from what we did not want. House was clean, kitchen stocked, and the pool was so nice. I would return during warmer months to enjoy the pool. My kids enjoyed it every day even though the high each day was low 70’s. Also, communication with the property manager was great before and during our stay.

Family Trip
This property was in the perfect location! We were able to enjoy Daytona beach, spend time with family that lives in Deltona and not too far for a couple of days at Disney. We had the best of time! The rooms were so spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to make family breakfast as well as dinners. Last but not least the property owners were so accommodating and kind. We were going to arrive late in the evening and they were kind enough to make sure the house was not dark. We would def consider this property again for our next family trip to Florida! Thanks!

Wedding Weekend
This was the perfect property for our son's wedding weekend at Harmony Gardens, which was about 18 minutes away. The bridesmaids and 2 mothers all met at the house the morning of the wedding to have our hair and makeup done. Plenty of room for 3 stylists to set up little stations and work their magic. One of the bathroom had an extra sink outside the bath, sink and toilet room which was very helpful for a bunch of young women. The house is very close to downtown and Publix.

Beautiful Opportunity
The house was conveniently located for the event we were attending. The house was beautiful, with an open floor concept in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. 3 driveways provided plenty of parking for our vehicles and trailers. Checkin was seemless without issue. Everything was clean and ready to go for us upon arrival. There were a couple cliches, but prop mgr addressed and it was nothing that really effected our stay. Plenty of towels and linens, with extra pillows and fans. The pool area was awesome, but due to this time of year, a little chilly for us. Communication with the prop mgr was great and they addressed our questions very promptly. This was a great stay and we would definately rent again without hesitation. upon arrival
