"The decor was very modern and appealing. The bed, pillows, and sheets were all perfect. Nice big TV. Huge bathroom (we got the jacuzzi suite). Pool was great. There’s plenty of really great little places to eat. We ate/drank at the ice cream place, smoothie place, Asian restaurant, and Hurts Donut (which was so great I bought a t-shirt). We did a bunch of activities all around and everything was within 15-20 minutes. I would recommend this hotel to anyone headed to Des Moines."

"The lobby and office area was getting new carpet as we arrived. It looked like the rest of the hotel was just recently recarpeted as well. The reviews were correct - comfy beds! Small pool in an old area that was clean but very blah. Breakfast was decent and ends exactly on time - don't be a second late! Clean rooms had everything we needed. Far enough from the street to be quiet. Recliner in our room too!"

"It was a very nice hotel. Lots of fun to be had! I think there was some housekeeping issues the weekend we stayed so the place seemed a bit messy, but the receptionists were so pleasant and our room was great. We will definitely be back! "
