Unique garage apartment offering free parking for your car, RV and boat. RV hookup and large RV parking bay. Kitchen, bathroom, laundry downstairs with 1 bedroom king bed and separate living area with oversized lay flat recliner, convertible couch and dual lay flat reclining loveseat upstairs. Some view of De Queen Lake. Minutes to boat landings & lake. Outside deck includes grill/smoker, gas fire pit and table & chairs. 22kw generator ensures you will never lose power. Owner lives in house on site (150’ away) and you might have some dog visitors on occasion as owner has 3 small dogs.

Beautiful Place
We were starting our Honeymoon and this place was perfect! The hosts were great and even left us a sweet gift! Sad we only got to stay 1 night. We will definitely be back!

Great place!
Melinda was wonderful. She began communicating with me as soon as I made the reservation. I ended up arriving later than expected but the address was easy to read from the road so I had no issues. I was pleasantly surprised by all the coffee supplies Melinda had in the refrigerator. The motion activated lights on the stairs were a thoughtful touch. I will most definitely recommend checking out Mel's Place if you need somewhere to stay in De Queen!

Such a great little place!!
Absolutely LOVED staying at Mel’s Place! The check in process was easy and had plenty of place to park. The apartment was clean and very spacious. Having a washer and dryer was also very nice! Melinda came and introduced herself and gave us some great recommendations for around the area. Overall, a 5 star stay!! Will definitely be back

Amazing place ! So nice and clean!
My husband and I stayed here 2 nights. It was wonderful and clean and the king sized bed with amazing sheets were a plus! Lots of extras to mention .. has everything you need! The owner Mel is on the property as well and is the sweetest! You won’t regret booking this one! We will be back!
