"The shower did not for 3 days and the property refused to fix or accommodate a room change. We also expected a self catering accommodation however we only had a microwave. Trying to reach out to the property is near enough impossible as they do not answer the phone and the customer service is awful as we were promised a full refund and are still waiting on the property to get in contact with Expedia. "Complicated long transition from room to breakfast etc multiple lifts with long waiting Room had many poorly fitted and finished items. Bed not comfortable with one budget as mall pillow. Previous guests soap bar in shower dish. Shower very poor flow. Air on not working.could go on… but too many to mention "
