"It was a good place to stay - Large room and accomodationg staff. It was for a stop over so did not use the hotel for full potentia. Had breakfast at the restaurant and definitelt differewnt than Canadian standards but we are in a different country to when in Rome."

"I have been traveling around the world with my children for a long time, but I really need to say something about this hotel: Reception 10/10. All the ladies I had the opportunity to speak to at the reception were very friendly,polite I felt really welcomed, they asked me to make myself comfortable and if I needed anything, I should not hesitate to talk to them. On our second night I needed help because I had not bought milk for my 3-year-old daughter and they asked me to go to the restaurant...

"Amazing location. Great facilities which included a game room with free use of pool tables, table tennis and ping pong. Pool and sauna also. Nice lobby area with a bar which we did not use but it looked nice. Cleaning staff very friendly when we passed them in the corridors. Only downside was upon check in the receptionist Germán left us mid check in/mid sentence to go help another guest he didn't excuse himself which was quite rude. "

"Great location once I had found it and a very clean, straightforward stay. I just some of the staff could be a bit more helpful. One person was very attentive and helpful, another could have said ‘scan your key on the black box in the lift to make it work, your key needs to go into the round switch as you enter the room (difficult to find in the dark) and I know it’s supposed to be minimal contact. "

"Comfortable hotel; well situated in a good part of the city; very close to public transport (trams); large comfortable room; friendly and helpful staff. I’d happily stay there again - and probably will, soon!"
