Lovely little house 75 m, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with US kitchen, 1 shower room, charming garden of 125 m2.
Washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner. cable TV, DVD, Wifi as well as a collection of DVD's and a small library.
Parking included.
Access to store bikes in the garden.
Full of play for children, paddle...
500 from the center and 1 km from the sea. A real delight!

Nice little house with private garden ,value for money.
We arrived on a sunday afternoon when shops are closed but bought some food to bring . Only negative we found was that there were no sheets or duvet covers . Hard to know sizes in advance and shops being closed made it challenging for first night when you travel from far away countries. Most other things available in the house. It has a good electric cookplate ,good size fridge,small freezer compartment. Sofa s are covered with blankets but comfortable. Beds were comfortable but single matresses put together. Main bedroom had adjustable comfortable electric matresses . Garden very private and 15 mn walk to shops. We enjoyed our stay as we paid a fair price but i guess it depends on expectations. Would we go back ? Yes but definately think there should be bedding or option to rent linen for those coming from abroad . Host was very helpful and could be contacted and replied quickly. The cleaner could do a bit better but when the owner is not there to inspect i guess its pretty much down to feedback. All in all i would recommend the house. good location,private garden and most mod cons are met. Thank you Marc.

we have been wonderful. The house is very clean and beautiful with a very cozy garden and a lot of tranquility. The charming owner, always attentive, and friendly. I was calling to see if we needed anything else. We are very grateful for your hospitality. We would definitely return.

Happy house - old and dirty
Das Haus und die Einrichtung haben leider die beste Zeit hinter sich. Die Küche habe wir erst einmal gereinigt und auch das komplette Besteck in die Spülmaschine gepackt. Auch der Rest des Hauses war nicht besonders sauber z. B. Kühlschrank, Badezimmer,... Die Sofas sind total fleckig und wirklich nur mit den aufgelegten Decken zu nutzen. Alles ist auf Einnahmen ohne Invest ausgerichtet. Im Garten wären z. B. einfache Liegen oder Lounge Sessel schön, statt der einfachen, unbequemen Stühle. Der Fernseher war nicht in Betrieb zu nehmen, da er kein Signal bekam. Die Verwalterin war am ersten Tag telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Auch später nicht. Habe sie dann angeschrieben. Sie wollte sich später melden, tat es aber nicht. Wegen des TVs wollte sie den Vermieter um Rückruf bitten. Der erfolgte natürlich nicht. Es gibt in dem Haus keine Infomappe zum Haus und der Gegend. Alle Infos z. B. wo der Müll entsorgt wird und was getrennt gesammelt wird... haben wir bei den Nachbarn erfragt. Es gibt nur eine vollgestopfte Schublade mit Bedienungsanleitungen aller möglichen Geräte. Und last but not least knackt der Dachstuhl immer wieder so laut, dass man bei leichtem Schlaf sogar davon wach wird. Irritierend ist es auf jeden Fall. Wir können das Haus leider nicht empfehlen.

Mängelbericht Sehr geehrte Frau Blomme, Urlaub war soweit OK. Ich muss allesdings einiges beanstanden: Ich weis ja nicht wofür die Putzfrau zustänig ist. Wir mussten das gesamte Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck nochmal in die Spülmaschine stecken, war fast alles fleckig. Der Sonnenschirm konnte nicht genutzt werden, da die Halterung defekt ist. Der Herd hatte eingebrannte Ringe vom Überkochen. Haben wir fast alle entfernen können, Es waren keine Liegen für den Garten vorhanden. Der Wasserkocher könnte mal erneuert werden, war total verkalkt. Der Parkplatz war sehr weit vom Haus entfernt. Man sollte mal überlegen, den Parkplatz neben Nummer 91 zu legen. Was arg zu bemängeln war, die Schränke und Schubladen waren nicht zu gebrauchen. Waren alle voll. Sollte man mal sortiren und einiges für die Gäste freimachen. Hecke und Büche sind an unserem Ankunftstag geschnitten worden. Ebenso wurde der Rasen gemäht. War ok. Ansonsten haben wir uns arrangiert und wohlgefühlt.

Kommunikation und Mängelabhilfe
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war für uns schwierig. Die Verwalterin spricht Deutsch, war aber für uns nach Einzug nicht mehr erreichbar. Wir haben einige Mängel am 2. Tag schriftlich reklamiert. Auf unsere Mail wurde nicht geantwortet und die Mängel wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes auch nicht abgestellt.

Toller Kurzurlaub
Sehr schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen. Der Ortskern und die Geschäfte sind auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Küche haben wir aufgrund des guten Wetters nicht viel genutzt, es ist aber reichlich Geschirr vorhanden, auch Töpfe und Pfannen, so dass man nicht dauernd die Spülmaschine laufen lassen muss. Das WLan funktioniert super, was ja gerade bei Reisen mit Teenagern wichtig ist :-) Ein Fahrrad für Erwachsene wäre schön. Der Kontakt mit Marc war sehr nett, er hat immer sofort geantwortet. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Top Ferienhaus in De Haan
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Hat einen schönen und recht großen Garten welcher komplett umgeben ist von Gebüsch, man hat hier wirklich seine Ruhe. Es gibt sogar einige Strandutensilien die sich sehr gut machten. Das einzigste was mir ein wenig gefehlt hat waren zwei City Bikes für erwachsene, aber das ist halb so wild. Bis zum Strand sind es ca 20 -30 Minuten Fußweg, meiner Meinung nach vertretbar. Werden auf jedenfall wiederkommen.

Rustige gelegen vakantiewoning
Rustig gelegen vakantiewoning. Ideaal om de streek per fiets te verkennen. Jammer dat het huisje geen wijnglazen heeft, dan zou een glaasje wijn op het terras heerlijk smaken.

Schöner Urlaub im "happy house"
Die Wohnung, die ruhige Lage, besonders aber der nicht einzusehende Garten haben uns gefallen. Die Toilette ist leider sehr, sehr klein, aber nun ja... Von der Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, Kochtöpfe und Pfannen könnten mal erneuert werden, da sie von der Hitze runde Böden bekommen haben. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert

aangename, rustige omgeving. gezellige inrichting, veel kastruimte, minpunt : kookpotten en braadpannen in 'slechte staat'. samengevat : een aanrader maar keuken kan beter.
