polderhuis 142 is onverhuurbaar
Ons verblijf was niet goed: inventaris en huis vies, zaken kapot of niet bruikbaar. Sanitair vies en versleten. Ik stuur een aparte klachtenmail naar Interhome. Zij moeten dit huis niet verhuren. Het feit dat ik een fijne vakantie heb gehad lag zeker niet aan de accommodatie.

Gute Lage und Schnitt der Wohnung, leider sehr verwohnt bis vernachlässigt. Heizungsanlage veraltet. Mikrowelle defekt, Sofakissen und Auflagen der Gartenmöbel verschmutzt, Wasserhähne im Bad sehr schwergängig. Haus müsste öfter gelüftet werden, muffiger Geruch

Gut aber ein paar Mängel
Behebare Mängel und dann gibt es auch ein Wohlfühlen! Möbel sind gut, aber veralteter Herd mit defekten Platten, Wasserhahn im Bad defekt, kein Sonnenschutz weil Ständer nicht passt, Toaster mit Kurzschluss…. Aber schönes kleines Haus in schöner Anlage mit schönem Pool

Für Kleinkinder ungeeignet
Das Ferienhaus ist ziemlich dreckig gewesen, für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet, da unsichere Steckdosen, offene Kabel aus der Wand etc. Kaputte Pfannen, Herdschalter unlesbar, Geschirr dreckig, Mülleimer defekt... Im ganzen eigentlich ein sehr schön gelegener Park aber diese Unterkunft würde ich nicht nochmal buchen.

Das gemietete Ferienhaus war in einem miserablen Zustand.
Das Ferienhaus Nr. 142 war mit alten, verschlissenen Möbeln ausgestattet. Alles alte zusammengewürfelte Möbelteile. Das Sofa war klein, unbequem und voller Dreck und Tierhaare. Die Kissen auf Sofa u Stühlen waren voller Flecken. Der Herd war dreckig eingebrannt, die Dunstabzugshaube total verrostet. Ameisen liefen ständig über die Küchenzeile. Die Bettmatratzen waren voller Flecken. Die Heizung lief 2 Tage voll durch, der Schalter ließ sich nicht bewegen, und das im Sommer. Sie ging nicht abzustellen. Es kam dann ein Elektriker der nur die Sicherung ausschalten konnte, damit sie nicht weiter voll läuft. Der Heizkörper im Bad war auch verrostet. Die Armaturen im Bad waren alt u wackelig. Einige Steckdosen hingen aus der Wand. Teilweise waren die Glühbirnen in den alten Lampen defekt. Und das Gebälk des Hauses hat ständig laut gekracht, auch in der Nacht. Die Agentur hat sich erneut um eine Putzfrau gekümmert, das war’s aber in den 2 Wochen. Wir hatten noch nie so ein schlechtes Haus in De Haan. Der Preis war nicht jedoch nicht geringer als andere Häuser. Leider war nach dem Ankunfts-Schreck laut Interhome Agentur im Ort nichts anderes mehr frei, da ja Sommerferien 2020. Wir wären gerne umgezogen. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit so ein Haus zu solch hohen Preis zu vermieten! Die Fotos im I-Net sind hell und geben einen total falschen Eindruck des 3-Zimmer Ferienhauses.
