Beautiful 2 Bdrm 2 Bath Deluxe Direct Oceanfront Corner Unit - New pool in July

Beautiful New Pool and hot tub are scheduled to be open by JULY. Beach access reopened.
Our Location is on the beach at Sunglow Resort, 3647 South Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. Next to the Sunglow Pier, approximately 5 miles south of the Daytona Beach Boardwalk. Great Views, Great Sunrises While You Drink Your Morning Coffee. Crabby Joe's casual restaurant is next door at the Sunglow Pier for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is Fishing on the Pier, and rental poles available. 20 Minutes From Daytona Airport 45 Minutes From Sanford Airport.

This is the Largest floor plan available at Sunglow with plenty of space - the two split bedrooms and bathrooms offer maximum privacy with lots of room for your family. King bed in the master bedroom, queen bed and ottoman that makes into Twin bed in the guest bedroom. In addition there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room and kitchen are oceanside for wonderful views. Living room has new furniture and the kitchen has brand new cupboards and counter. Cable TV with Flat Screens in each room. DVD Player and wireless high speed internet service.

You will enjoy the wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean and Sunglow Pier through the two living room glass doors and kitchen glass doors. Pelicans fly by the private balcony throughout the day. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large snack bar seats four and the dining room table also seats four. Linens are provided. Guest laundry rooms in the building. Pets are not allowed per association rules, no smoking inside condo.

Unit was a very spacious open concept with lots of storage and had great views of ocean from living room and kitchen. Awesome proximity to food, fishing, ice cream, stores and supply needs. Crabby joes royal red shrimp so good... we went twice!! Location of this corner unit allowed us to see 2 rocket launches from our balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return to this unit. balcony which had seating for 6.

Super fun stay
We were in town for a festival and were happy to have this calm oasis to come back to. Construction was mentioned and pool and direct beach access were unavailable, but still an amazing place to stay. Fully stocked kitchen with lots of pots and pans and utensils for staying in to eat. Love this place!

The condo was clean as always. I’ve stayed there @ Sunglow 6 yrs straight now. But was pretty disappointed this time. I knew the pool area was not open but had VERY limited parking due to construction. Only had 1 working elevator and it worked half the time. We had to make multiple trips via the stairs from the 9th floor.( I’m 59 yrs old lol). Back entrance of condo was not accessible due to construction. And there was no beach access,it was boarded up due to construction. We were not aware of any of these obstacles. Last year, I received a discounted rate, this year the conditions were a lot worse, accessibility wise and I paid full price. I had friends that came down for Jeep beach as well but stayed in near by condos for a lot less money and much better conditions. I really like the Sunglow resort, just wish there wouldve been more transparency about the conditions.

Overall it was a Great place couple monor issues couple dirty wash rags left in guest bedroom garbage disposal didn't work we never used it the water when you ran dishwasher backed it up in sink on dishwasher side kitchen light didnt work at first Cathy had us flip breakers worked fine musty smelling from being losed up few air freshners was fine pool was supposed to be open on the 4th still under construction stairs to beach blocked off but definitely going to look into this place for next year Thank you Cathy from The Pratts

Overall things were okay but I knew that there was no pool but also no way to get to the beach which was disappointing .The floor in the unit needed to be scrub turned my feet black from not being clean other than that we had a nice stay.

The condo was wonderful, clean and very nice. However, the listing states the pool is closed but it doesn't say that the pier and restaurant beside it are closed and that there is no beach access at the property due to the storms in October, you have to walk like 3 blocks to access the beach. Stay was good, just wish the listing had explained that.

Needs updating and a good cleaning
The unit could use a deep Cleaning the exhaust fan in the 2nd bedroom is encrusted with dust, there is black mold near the vent in this bathroom and there was trash from a precious guest under the end table in the bedroom. The ceiling fan has deep dust on the blade, and the bed and bedding could be replaced. Had an odor. The furniture overall in this room is old and could be upgraded. Just think it needs a deep cleaning.. Laundry room was dirty and washers and dryers need cleaning after washing my clothes they came out with sand on them left from someone before me, had to rewash, would prefer washer and dryer in unit again just my opinion.
