Wonderful getaway
The family really enjoyed the condo and its location in Daytona Beach Shores. Easy to get to shopping and a perfect place to relax on the beach. The manager in the lobby was very pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful view and ROOMY!
The condo is BEAUTIFUL and right on the beach with the master, living room and dining area facing the beach! The sliding glass doors stretch from the living room to the master. It was awesome to open the sliding glass doors and hear the sound of the waves!!

Family Spring Break
Our family had a wonderful time staying in this condo. The description and pictures are completely accurate. Ghada does a great job with the booking process (simple) and making sure the condo is kept to a high standard. Being right on the ocean was simply amazing! Even when you're not sitting down on the beach, you still feel like you're down there while enjoying the beautiful condo. I would certainly try to rent again if we ever return to Daytona Beach.

We had a great time staying and would definitely stay here again. Only 2 issues we had were the balcony door does jot lock and the dryer doesn't dry very well at all. But those are just small things not that big of a deal. YOU CAN'T BEAT THESE VIEWS.....

A winter getaway
We really enjoyed our stay. The small building was much nicer than the ones that have a hundred or more units. I never heard any noise from any of our neighbors. We were escaping the cold and snow of Wisconsin and couldn't have been happier. The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. Anything that I could have wanted was in the kitchen. We really enjoyed having side windows on the unit, something that I have never had before in any of the places that we have stayed.

Daytona Condo
The condo was exactly as described. Clean, roomy and beautiful. Right on the ocean. You could hear the waves from every room. We were 3 couples and loved our stay there. We each had our own bathroom also. There is a gym in the building for working out and a pool table for rainy days. You can walk to grocery store. Golf and tennis were nearby. Highly recommend. Also pool and hot tub were heated and right on the ocean.

I had booked something for vacation that turned out to be a scam and we had nowhere to stay. I contacted the owner late Saturday evening when VRBO couldn’t accept a reservation. She got back to me immediately and saved our vacation.

Surprisingly pretty good
The stay was great. We were racing at Daytona Speedway for the week and it really was a quick trip back and forth. The condo is exactly what is in the pictures and explanations. The pool was a great bonus. The one thing I kinda didn’t like (it didn’t bother me too much), If it’s a weekend or the evening do not expect to get ahold of anyone quickly. I had an issue with my passcode for the building when I checked in and they don’t answer phone calls. Luckily a different guest gave me a passcode to use. Will stay here again for sure

Wouldn't stay again
I don't usually due reviews but we've stayed in a lot of VRBO homes this was the worst. Our bed had hair in it, the sheets felt like they were really old. The pots and pans were all stained and the non stick ones had the bottom coming off. The fake drawer in the kitchen was duct taped. The shower in the master bedroom hurt you couldn't adjust the water to make the pressure any less. The inside of the building smelled like smoke. They had nothing to wash dishes with no wash clothes, or sponges. Check in was easy the view was great but I think that's all I could say. The place is pretty run down.

Girl's Trip
First off - this place is huge and the view is unmatched! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have space of their own. Also, the beds are great and lot of hot water! The washer and dryer is a plus! We found everything we needed to fix a couple of meals a day. However...The ice maker was frozen solid when we arrived and the freezer was almost impossible to open, there was only one working light bulb (out of 4) in the first bath, we had 2 rolls of toilet paper between the 3 bathrooms (for 5 days) and one roll of paper towels. I am sure this has everything to do with the cleaning/management company and not the owner but annoying just the same. Toilet paper should be a given. I think this condo needs a little more attention to detail and it would be top notch. We would stay here again but would be more prepared.

Gorgeous views, top of the line amenities, great location!
I stayed in this condo with my husband and 4 kids (ages 9-17). The owner of this condo took great care to have everything in perfect working order with many, many extras!! The property is new, the private pool fantastic, the beach not crowded and just outside the door. Across the street is a small market, mini-golf, and surf shop! The surf shop offered surf lessons every day just outside the condo on the beach. My kids LOVED it and we could watch from out window. This condo is in a nice location in that it is not a crowded, or over commercialized area. There is plenty to do nearby including movie theater, shopping, boardwalk, restaurants, etc. The homeowner was very organized and professional with all communication and easily reachable if needed. Property manager was friendly and helpful. Private parking in gated garage was a nice surprise. This rental has an abundance of nice surprises. Gorgeous views, top of the line amenities, convenient location all helped make this a great vacation for our family. We would love to stay here again.

Electrical issues
Upon arrival we found no power in the master bath. After trying the breaker, which would not hold we contacted the owner. She put us in touch with the property maintenance/manager on site. We found out there was a water leak in the condo above this unit. Water was found in the GFI in the master bath. There was nothing the maintenance person could do. The maintenance person did all he could but it was obviously an electrician was needed to change out GFI receptacle, which was saturated in water. This could’ve easily been changed, but it wasn’t.The large bathroom in the master was one of the features that prompted us to book the unit. We did end up using the hall bath for our 6 day stay with a tub around which we are not accustomed to using . The bathroom was clean. However, the shower curtain liner did have a great deal of mold on the bottom. It should’ve been changed prior to our arrival. The owner did offer us an extra day for the inconvenience, but it was 3:30PM the day prior to our departure and was wasn’t possible.

The property was very clean, quiet, and great view. Housekeeper Adele and on site manager Josh were very helpful and efficient. We had a little trouble accessing the condo on our arrival, but much of that was probably our fault. We would rent this unit again.
