Freshly painted, new appliances, and new luxurious carpet! Club room with pool table and kitchenette. Nicely equipped fitness center. Parking garage for 1 vehicle guaranteed, and open lot for 1 additional vehicle (first come). Large balcony with table and chairs for meals and sunset memories that will last forever! Our balcony can be enjoyed 24 hours a day with north facing Ocean and intracoastal views! Gourmet granite kitchen, new appliances, and fully equipped with everything you wished you could have brought from home. Full size dining room table and pass-thru breakfast bar seating. With this large open floor plan connecting all of your favorite entertainment spaces, you are sure to have a vacation to remember! Penthouse on the beach!
Billā€™s place was perfect. Great views from this top floor condo! Out family of 6 had more than enough space to satisfy everyone. Location was perfect and after a quick elevator ride to the main floor and to the pool youā€™re literally steps from the beach. The connected walkway from the pool area to the beach makes access a breeze! Thank you Bill. PS donā€™t forget to thank your sister for the welcome basket. This was such a pleasant surprise and satisfaction to quiet four hungry children instantly! We will definitely stay again in the future! Ray Webb

Amazing Unit!
We stayed in Bill and Shelly's unit for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed everything. Bill was such a gracious and attentive host - we couldn't have asked for anything more. The condo had everything and anything you could possibly need right down to the toothpicks on the counter!!! The condo was very spacious and comfortable and all of Bill and Shelly's personal touches (the HUGE gift bag of goodies on the counter and all the little bags in each bedroom) made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!!

Awesome and helpful
We had to book last minute due to hurricane Helene, and Bill was so helpful getting it all set. The condo was gorgeous, roomy, and homey. Plus, they had snacks there so we had something to eat after our travel and before we were able to shop. We even had a nice little surprise for each of us in our rooms. After 3 days, hurricane Milton developed and we had to cut our trip short. Once again, Bill was so helpful and understanding.

This was our second stay at this amazing condo, and it keeps getting better! The condo is spacious, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your getaway. Wonderful Stay
The condo is exactly as described. Very luxurious and emaculate in every detail. There were wonderful goodie bags left for us upon arrival which were amazing after a long haul and the condo was perfectly clean and ready when we arrived. The large master bathroom is incredible with a Walk In Tile Shower and Jacuzzi Bath. There are plenty of towels, kitchen accessories and even food items and spices stocked in the pantry. The kitchen is beautiful with granite countertops and top appliances. There was not one thing that we needed that we did not have at the condo. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and umbrellas all in storage without having to bring a thing. The TVs in each room were very nice, great size, and had great channel selection. We made much use of the balcony as it does not receive the direct sun for the entire day so it made a wonderful spot for morning coffee and afternoon lounging. The beach view from the balcony is beautiful. There is a Dollar General directly across the street and the beach access is an easy in and out of the condo. I could not say enough wonderful things about the owner who was not only responsive but extremely kind to reach out to make sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. We travel a great bit and this condo is at the top of the list of the nicest we have stayed.This owner strives for perfection when sharing his home away from home and we would stay again and highly recommend.

AMAZING!!
What can I say! This place was amazing. What sold me first was that Bill and Shelly provided everything you needed for fun on the beach. The condo is conveniently located. It's very spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a laundry room. They have thought of everything you might need. The pantry has tons of spices and basics that you need for cooking. They even had snacks and breakfast items waiting for us.The bathrooms have plenty of towels, soaps, lotions, razors, toothpaste, etc that you may have forgotten. We were surprised by our goodie bags left in each room. My kids were especially excited about those. Bill was always a text away and very helpful to suggest places to eat. Home away from home
Our family had a wonderful time on vacation. Prior to arrival, Bill was in communication with me about the details for check in which made things very smooth as well as during the trip, letting us know about the launch from Cape Canaveral. I never felt like I was bothering him if I had a question. The condo was very clean. They were very hospitable and had items on hand that we may have forgotten to pack. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great. They made us feel like we were home. I would definitely stay there again if we come back to the area.

We had the most wonderful stay at this amazing condo! Everything was perfect. It's spacious, clean, and completely stocked with anything you should need. This property had everything. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coffeeā€¦ā€¦.. there was no need to go to the store for the little things. Just sit at the beach and watch the waves roll in. I would definitely stay again. The owner was easy to contact.

Absolutely Amazing Condo in Daytona
Everything was perfect from the minute we arrived. The condo is very clean and homey. There is everything you need. There was plenty of beach stuff to use. The view is beautiful. The condo is in a great location thereā€™s stores just minutes from it. And thereā€™s a great selection of restaurants. We have stayed in many condos but this one was amazing. Sad for Florida but happy for this Condo!
This condo was the BEST condo we have ever stayed for our annual "Old Girls" trip. Everything is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The master room and bath is spacious and very secluded. The kitchen is perfect for a larger family. The other 2 bedrooms and laundry were perfect. Part of our group had to leave due to the Hurricane but a small party stayed and the owner was ALWAYS in constant communication with our party. The Hurricane hit hard and we moved furniture in and the condo held up nicely. The wind pushed rain into the door in the Master (of course it did! It was VERY strong winds and over 10 INCHES OF RAIN!!). Bill was so concerned and communicated with our party ALL WEEK long. We lost partial power and water for bit of time but we were so lucky to stay in this SAFE and BEAUTIFUL condo! The worst week was made all the better by the owner :) We are forever grateful and will be back next year !!
