POOL IS CLOSED! Beach access stairs are reopened. Most of Daytona Beach suffered similar damage, but many listings aren't disclosing this to you, we feel that being honest with the condition is the best approach, please do your due diligence on the buildings before booking elsewhere. During the day M-F there may be construction on the pool and there may be some construction noise, but not evenings or weekends.

Step away from it all and snuggle down in this Mini-Penthouse studio condo with all of the luxury of a brand new remodel! Amazing 7th floor balcony view directly facing the Atlantic Ocean. This condo at the Castaways Beach Resort in Daytona Beach Shores has a roomy kitchenette, a queen bed, and a comfy futon for those lazy vacay days!

KITCHENETTE: new cabinets for easy access to all your kitchen needs, Roomy sink and a portable plugin stovetop with a fridge with separate freezer and a microwave and toaster so you can really enjoy your stay. And yes, a drip coffee maker! All the pots, pans, utensils, and dishes to enjoy a meal in, even wine glasses!

ENTERTAINMENT: new smart TV, free Wi-Fi, board games, and accessories for the beach. The building also has a community room with TV, fridge, and puzzles.

Head downstairs to the beach, ( Our beach access stairs were also destroyed in the hurricane, so current access is via the public ramp a block away.) or visit the 50's diner downstairs. Have your coffee out on the balcony and watch the sunrise (if you're up that early). Hit on a rainy day? There's games in the dresser too!

We don't live on-site but are very accessible by message or text.

Daytona Beach Shores is your relaxing getaway from whatever you seek to escape... our condo is just 2.1 miles from all the Main Street and Pier action, 5.8 miles from Daytona International Speedway, but quiet enough for a relaxing getaway after you uber home from the action zone. Diner with breakfast and lunch is on-site, and mini-golf is right across the street if you have a competitive streak in you.

Easy to take an Uber or maybe rent a golf cart for the day!

I had a nice stay!
I loved the place! Its decorated adorably beachy. Nice quiet part of the beach, which was what I was looking for. The balcony view in the morning was amazing! The front desk lady was friendly and helpful, as was everyone else. I really like that there's free parking right next to the building. The A/C was a little loud at first, but I got used to it.

Great location in regards to speedway and wanting to be on beach. Cute diner for breakfast- excellent service at the diner!! Wish I had known the pool and beach access were closed at time of booking. Construction noise at the time; but obviously will not be a factor in the future. Clean, nicely decorated. Beautiful View of ocean.

My stay was great and I thank you for sharing your view of the Atlantic Ocean. I was amazed how your style and taste is the perfect setting to set a great mood. I had everything I needed. I even cooked in. Yes, that is unusual for me. I felt as if I were cooking on the beach.
