■ Bathroom has a tub with a detachable shower head & includes all the basic toiletries to get you started.

■ Condo offers side views of the Atlantic Ocean & Main Street Pier thru our kitchenette window.

■ Walk barefoot on the sandy shore, the ocean is our backyard.

Our property has been in existence since the 1960s and has stood the test of time, creating memories through the eras while hosting guests from all over the world. It operated as a motel with a front desk, experiencing its ups and downs over the decades. In 1999, it became a Condominium Association and today, each apartment is individually owned and operated.

🚩As of February 6th, 2025, the pool had to be temporarily closed due to emergency repairs. No reopening date was given.
Pool deck & beach access are open.

🚧 CITY OF DAYTONA BEACH
As of August 2024, the city is renovating the main entrance to the beach on East International Speedway, which is right next to our building. Some noise and vibrations can be experienced.

🚩 Due to Hurricane Milton, our complex sustained roof damage and broken windows to the commercial spaces; fortunately, our unit remained unaffected. Although such incidents are rare, some disruptions may occur due to adjustors, inspections, renovations, or service emergencies. I will inform guests of any inconveniences.

🆒AC/HEAT: Our complex's cooling/heating systems are shared by all units. Each unit has a thermostat that can turn the system ON or OFF.
The Condominium Association controls whether the system is set to cooling or heating mode, depending on the temperatures.
