🙂 Lira the receptionist was very helpful.
☹️ The owners never responded to any of my emails or messages via Expedia App regarding my concerns/issues with the accommodation.
I just kept getting automated emails from Expedia/Owners asking if everything was OK and to contact them for any issues. The owners don’t really care. The place has a stale smelll all the time with sticky/tacky doors, floors, cabinets, patio door etc. There were no complimentary coffees, teas, shampoos etc at all. You get these as standard in the cheapest motel but not here. You are expected to drive to the local 7/11 store to get your own. We reached out to the owners several times during the stay but nobody bothered to get back to us.
Will not return to this place again.
I would suggest people stay away from this place as there is literally no communications from the owners as soon as you have paid and are in your room. You will
Just get automated messages which they send but will not respond back if you have any comments raised.
