Cleaniness is my priority. Thís new open plan with three bedrooms, two baths house with large living room, kitchen with an island. Convenience central located in a quiet neighborhood and about ten minutes away from the Famous Beach, international speedway. About 1 hour 10 minutes to Disney world.

This place was quiet and beautiful. I felt safe since a state trooper lives next door too not that the neighborhood was dangerous though. Three house was beautiful inside and out. We had a BBQ for my son's birthday. The house was open and spacious inside. I would rent this house again.

Family spring break trip
The house was fabulous. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. When the kids argued about getting the queen or twin beds, we pushed the twins together and made another king! The location was perfect to get away from all the Spring Break excitement, but close enough that it was just a short drive to almost anywhere we wanted to go!

Excellent host! The house is very clean, updated, and safe. The open concept of the kitchen/living/dining rooms is perfect for a group. Bedding and towels were very clean and comfortable. The screened porches were a pleasant surprise as well. Location is an easy drive to the beach, but away from the chaos of the beach/Ocean Center area. This host was exceptionally communicative, fair, and welcoming. I would book again without hesitation!

Spring break with kids
Dung's property was very spacious, which is nice when you have a few kids. The property is well taken care of. Dung was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, including regarding some teeny sugar ants. He was also very understanding when our plans changed a week ahead of time due to a death in the family. He is a great host!

We would 100% stay here again! Dung was so helpful with all our questions and at accommodating our requests. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The patios were perfect to sit out at to relax. The house is located within 10 minutes of all the exciting Daytona activities but still in a quiet neighborhood.
