Come and enjoy the Wonderful beach and Spectacular Sunrises of Daytona Beach.
This 12th floor studio has been updated with wonderful South view of the beach/ocean.
-Studio with two queen size beds
-43” HD Samsung TV
-Stand up Balcony
-Bar Table with two stools
-table/desk with two chairs
-Kitchenette has a full fridge, two stove top burners, microwave, Keurig-duo coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, utensils, dishes and glassware. --Linens and towels are provided. Two Beach Towels.
-Iron and Ironing board, hair dryer
It is furnished to have a comfortable and relaxing vacation.
-Wi-Fi Free
-Parking - One parking pass per reservation. Parking pass is in the room and must be returned upon checkout to avoid a $60 fee.

*Current Update:
Daytona Beach Resort had damages from Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in Sept and Nov 2022. The outdoor pools, pool deck, indoor pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna are closed until further notice.
Tiki Bar and Restaurant are closed.
We expect repairs and construction during 2025.
Parking garage is closed. One Parking pass is found inside the room to be placed in your vehicle. Upon departure you would need to leave it inside the room to avoid a $60.00 fee. Limited parking is available in front of the building. Parking is available across the street behind Bellaire Plaza, off Plaza Blvd.
Beach access is available via the public access area adjacent to the resort. To go to the Beach you would need to exit front lobby, and walk (by garage) to the side of the building.

This 12th floor studio/condo is located at the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference which is located on the north side of Daytona Beach near Ormond. WIFI - free, Parking Free, On-site laundry coin operated 2nd to 5th floors Conveniently located across the street from Bellaire Plaza for shopping or dining. Some of the places are Publix (Grocery), Walgreen's, Bealls, Bealls Outlet, Dollar Tree, Denny's, and many more restaurants. Approx. 2.5 miles to the Shoppes at Ocean Walk, Theater, Ocean Center, Pier and Main Street. 15 minute drive to Daytona USA for Speedway Racing. Approx. One and half hour drive to Disney, Epcot Center, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, one hour to St. Augustine.

Great Weekend Getaway
We were in town for Roar Before the Rolex at Daytona. The rental was clean and there were cookies to welcome us! The bed was comfortable and basic cookware and dish ware was available if needed. The bathroom was spacious and there was plenty of hot water for showering. Great getaway!

This place was so cozy and peaceful, it felt like you were home everything you need was in here to beach toys for the kids, it was really a great place to be in I will surely vacation at this spot again.
