This is the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. New floors are never cleaned, no curtains to block the bathroom window when I undress. I was expecting to be in the non-smoking room. I smelt a disgusting cigarette scent the minute I walked in. Ever heard of an air freshener? Good thing I don't smoke. The microwave is rusted and dangerous, and everything in this room is covered in stains and dirt. Bed covers are ripped and the pillows are nasty. The table is covered in burnt marks. Bugs are scattering in a hiding spot. GROSS! Very filthy hotel. They will not keep the rooms clean and replace the electronics and appliances. They will charge you an extra $20 the minute you check-in. They should be out of business for poor cleaning and replacement service. I doubt they will ever remodel their property. My husband and I will never book this hotel again!

It was a small room. Very outdated. No amenities. The bathroom door didn't have a handle. Towels and wash rags had holes and stains. It was a cheap motel and I guess that's what you get.

We booked a nonsmoking room, when we entered our room it had obviously been smoked in previously. We got another room, the smell was not as bad but still had been smoked in. Some of the rooms doors had non-smoking signs on them but the rooms we entered did not have those... When we inquired about the smoke, the service seemed quite annoyed and tried to convince us that the rooms were non-smoking. For a room large enough to house 4 guest, there were only 2 towels that were very old and thin. There was no soap or shampoo in the shower. The pool was nice and cool (late June) and the water was clean. However, there was quite ab it of sand build-up on the bottom, but its next to the beach.

When I enter the room it smells horrible and the bathroom was dirty and the towels were disgusting, there was no telephone in the room, I turned on the A/C and went out for a couple of hours..! This place needs help.

It's a budget hotel, so as long as your expectations match that... it's all right. The room appeared recently updated, with newer flooring and shower. But there was barely any water pressure in the shower. You get the idea - it wasn't horrible, and wasn't great.
