"We rented this location for singers who were here for our church for our spring revival. They spoke of the cleanliness and home like feel of the house. The location was perfect being so close to our church. Thank you Marian. "

"This is the second time we've stayed in a Drury, and will look for it on future travels. My daughter & I choose the queen suite separate living room w/sofa bed. That enables each of us privacy and comfort, ithout the cost of 2 rooms Both rooms are spacious separated by a generous sized bathroom. The bathroom floors shine almost to the point of seeing your reflection. The staff provided extra linens & towels. All of the above is provided with kind , courteous and prompt service. A HUGE positive for the DRURY brand is the the afternoon gathering in the spotless dining room, where there is free small plate meals available from 5:30 -7pm. Their menu rotates , I think on a 3 day change, The ine meal we stayed for was Pasta alfredo w/grilled chicken. salad, several veggie choices, also hot dogs, nachos and chips. There is a bar where mixed drinks, wine and beer are available at no cost. Aside from the fact that this evening gathering is free, it's a HUGE plus when you're just getting into town and checkiing in after a day of driving. Otherwise would need to get freshened up and go out to eat. The free hot breakfast was biscuits w/gravy, sausage, potatoes O'Brien, waffles, pancakes, muffins, toast, and freshly scrambled eggs being made right in front of me. Another positive are the baggage carts with innovative tilted style. Makes moving suitcases, duffles easier."

"The hosts were very welcoming and were readily available if we had needed. House was in good shape physically. Only gripe is you can tell the house has been smoked in pretty heavily in the past. While it was cleaned off the walls pretty well, you can definitely see staining in the carpets and can smell it throughout the house."

"It was my first time in Dayton, so I wasn’t familiar with the city. Initially, I was a bit concerned when I arrived, but after spending three days there, I realized the entire city looked pretty much the same. I felt completely comfortable. The neighborhood mainly consisted of families and was very quiet, making me feel safe. The apartment was clean and recently remodeled. The host was very helpful and responsive, and I appreciated that no high fees were associated. The only thing I think is important to mention is that there are several steep stairs you must go up to enter; it was a little challenging, but we managed. "

"Absolutely do not stay at this property. The owner runs it through a property manager so he doesnt really care what's going on. The property manager left cleaning supplies in the middle of the floor, dishes still out, only one towel for multiple people, no hand towels, a dirty fridge, left overs inside the fridge, bath rug hanging on the towel rack, and no flat sheets on the beds. 10/10 would never even think about renting this again. Decided to cancel our reservation and recieved no refund. Not even partial and Vrbo did absolutely nothing to help. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else not from this host."

"The apartment is clean and well designed. However the AC broke the 2nd night of my 4 night stay. I reported it to the host. They said they coupd either get a portable unit or I could vacate and they would refund me my last 2 nights. So I chose to vacate. I have message details from the host saying they will refund, I also have video and pic's proving that the AC wasn't working. But now the host is refusing to refund me. I am apparently the second guest to have this issue. seconperson "
