Friendly staff. Had a handicap room, but did not ask for one. As a result, a lot of water on bathroom floor when taking a shower.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating; we heard people walking in the room above us comparing the experience to apartment living. I made this comment in response to a staff inquiry. They offered to move us to the top floor, which we accepted. All in all our stay was perfect and I would recommend Holiday Inn Express.

The only thing that wasn't good was the fact the elevator was broken. I was suprised there was only one, and there were no first floor rooms available.
