We stayed here for a wedding and loved the property and neighborhood. Everything was in walking distance and theres plenty to check out in the area. Highly recommend!
Loved staying at this little downstairs apartment in the Oregon District. It is so well cared for and appointed. Everything was smooth. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
It was the perfect place for my husband and I. It is located in a nice neighborhood. The communication with the host was very easy and clear. We had everything we needed for our stay.
Thank you!
This is a clean, well kept unit with full kitchen and located in a great and safe location. Walking distance from all that the Oregon district has to offer.
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this nostalgic apartment. Very clean and spacious! Close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The only issue is the rain on the air conditioner was a bit loud. Would definitely recommend
I was in Dayton visiting my daughter and her family. This property is only a block away from them. It made everything so convenient. The manager is an added plus. He was very kind and even loaned me a steamer in case I didn’t want to use the iron. This is my second time at this address, just a different apartment. Both provided a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be a repeat guest.
The Oregon District is so quaint and historical. The first floor apartment is nicely decorated and furnished, including beautiful hardwood floors. Parking is off street and convenient.
James answered all of my questions and was a great host. The only drawback is out of his control. A tenant in the building parks near the bedroom window and hits her unlock button causing a confirmation beep numerous times as she leaves for work at 5 am, waking up all but the deepest sleeper.
This is a well-decorated and well-maintained one-bedroom unit that is in a charming neighborhood, just a short walk from good restaurants. The owner is well organized and quite responsive to needs of the guest.
Our stay was absolutely incredible. The property was exactly as described, and even better in person. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to do in the Oregon District. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. We felt so relaxed and at home. The neighbor/property manager was super friendly. Would definitely stay again.
This is my 3rd time staying at this location, twice in this apartment, the other on #1. It is literally within walking distance of my daughter and her family and lots of fun places in the Oregon District.
This apt is nicely tucked into a great location within the historic Oregon district which was convenient to all the things we planned to do while in Dayton. The unit is roomy, very clean, and decorated with class. Bonus is all the live plants throughout. Plus Tom is a very responsive and friendly property manager. Really great stay.
