Street parking is available nearby, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft make getting around a breeze. If you’re driving, there are also paid parking lots close by.

*PARTIES
As the owner of the house we enforce a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all guests. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the house, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500.
* Any amount over 3 people in the apartment must be approved by host and documented
* Locals must communicate prior to booking to prevent parties, instant booking feature is only for out of the area travelers.
* There are video Surveillance and recording & audio devices at entrance (front door) of property and the front door of the apartment unit. These devices have cameras that are visual and audio, these devices have the recording and audio turned ON 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. ( The recording and audio device are always on to record visual and audio)
* Smoking is not permitted in the house.
* zero tolerance for smoking in the house
* Zero tolerance of the residue and smell of smoke in the house. If we find the residue or smell of smoke there will be extra cleanings and damage fines.
* Parking is street parking don't block driveways
* only two cars are allowed to be parked in front of the street over night
* Any amount of cars over two must be approved my host to stay over night.
*CLEANING
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we can/will charge additional fees.
If we receive any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $500 fine.
*If the cleaning crew finds damages or missing items there could be charges for replacements
*Don't leave leftover food in the unit.
* Please do not enter storage closet any missing towels or items will be open to replacement fees.
*Leftover unclaimed items will be susceptible to the cleaning company for disposal. We don't have a lost or found nor will we be shipping lost items. so please remember to take all your belongings with you upon departure.
PACKAGES
We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the leasing office and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.
*Should you require a later check-out they are not allowed unless authorized. If approved in advance the late checkout time is 1230pm. Approval will be done via Airbnb Messenger
Late approved checkout fee $30
Same day approved checkout fee $40
Unauthorized late checkout fee $ same as daily rate.
Should you need a early check in, you can request one for a early check in fee. We will do our best to accommodate early check ins but are not mandatory as the regular check in time provides adequate enough time to get
Early check in Fee before 130pm is $60
Early check between 130-3pm is $35
* NOISE
The studio is located in the apartment building. We are not responsible for noise outside of our control. We take pride, and are responsible to provide a clean, function-able living space for our guests. If an extreme occurrence or disturbance occurs please notify us and we will do all possible within 100% of our control.
* If we receive any neighborhood violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $300 fine.
*Public street parking is available we are not responsible for your car or any belongings in the car
* The Apartment is located in a public neighborhood where we don't have control of the residents as it relates to noise, behavior or what people do on their property.
MAINTENANCE
Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general “fix-it” requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check
in, it will be reported , but it is dependent on the maintenance company's schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the “non-emergency "maintenance category. We will do our best to handle maintenance concerns in a timely manner. In case of a maintenance concern we may need to enter the property fix during your stay, we will call and request the guests permission first.
* Maintenance May enter the perimeter of the property during the guest stay to handle outside property care, lawn-care, maintenance etc. We will do this between the hours of 8am - 8pm. We reserve the right to do this on any day through the week. Monday - Sunday.
* Please Do not Flush wet wipes or paper towels down the toilets, please be respectful and use the waste baskets for any wet wipes, sanitary wipes, and paper towels.
