We use the August Home application, which means there are no keys to lose! When you arrive you may park on the street or in the driveway off the rear alleyway.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home through the resolution center on Airbnb.
