It was a quiet area and the layout was great for me with mobility issues and the yard is incredible and a great place for dogs, we had our service animals with us and the amenities they provided for dogs were great too. Spotless, clean, aromatic. Has all the amenities for a large party. Very large drive-way for multiple vehicles. Quiet neighborhood, about 15 minutes from JMU/Valley area.
