"While we’re typically beach people, we decided to try some winter fun at Massanutten Resort. Fortunately, there was availability at this cabin and we weren’t disappointed. "This cabin is so beautifully designed and worked perfectly for a weekend away from DC. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use, the living room was so cozy, and we had a wonderful time. We hope to stay again when it warms up!"

"This was the perfect location for our large family. We spent the day at massanutten ski resort. We easily drove from the cabin to resort in about 15 minutes. The cabin had plenty things to entertain everyone. I would love to stay again in the summer."

"This place was amazing!! We came here to celebrate my best friend’s 30th birthday and it was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend away. Everything was so cozy and there were plenty of places for everyone to hangout together. The hot tub and the fire pit were the perfect touch!We never got the chance to use the game room, but I wish we had!There are a ton of wineries within 25ish minutes from the property, so we did our own wine trail and it was so much fun. "We had a great time at this cabin! The location was perfect, secluded and private in the woods but a short drive to activities! The cabin was really cute and cozy. The beds were comfy. The hot tub was awesome! There were plenty of amenities and items for our entire stay! The property manager was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. "

Dinah had a fire going for us so it was already nice and warm, the cabin was super clean and looked just like the pictures if not better! "We went up for the weekend and the house was absolutely perfect. The rooms were exactly as described, which can be a little hit and miss with listings!Everything was clean and easy to find. Plenty of room for everyone. This listing allows pets but you cannot tell. There is no odor, no hair ect. Which some in our party are sensitive to. I would bring tupperware, ZIP lock bags if you like to prepare meals during your stays. "

"This cabin was just what I was looking for. The antique refrigerator and stove worked perfectly for food storage and for cooking our own meals. I was traveling with my dog and was happy to find a place that was pet friendly. I loved the simplicity of the Payne Cabin. The cabin and property was very clean and easy to find.
