"Chris and Dale where great. Messages were replied to within hours. On arrival there were basic supplies which was helpful as well as sweets for the kuds and a bread pudding. The beds were really comfy and everything felt and looked clean.and fresh. My daughter lives horses and was taken by Chris to meet and hreet them. Dale was always around for a friendly chat, replenish the ligs for the fire or help with any questions. Whilst the lane is a little tight and steep its managable in both vehicles...

"I made the booking via Hotel.com and 5 hours after I paid I had an email that I had to pay a £50 mandatory fee for facilities passes at the park. I questioned this as nothing was stated via booking and the price stated was the final price I paid. I had emails from a 3rd party called travelnest and also getting emails from someone asking for £50. The whole booking was a mess. Eventually I spoke to the host and he kept saying its written in the description of this extra charge when I never saw it,...

"A lovely cosy property in a great location. A nice walk along the river Sid brings you out on the coast in Sidmouth. 2 minutes walk to a great chip shop and five mins walk to to two great pubs. Really enjoyed the stay and our hosts were lovely and helpful."

"Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Very quiet area and beautiful views from the cottage. The drive down the 1 mile track to the property was a bit daunting at first as I don't like heights. Beware the potholes. Both coast and countryside in the local area is stunning. Beer being our favourite."
