A charmingly beautiful thatched cottage with all the amenities required to ensure a blissful stay in South Devon.

Holcombe is a beautiful village which has a pretty church and lovely pub. For the ramblers, there is plenty of walking and the cottage is situated only 10 minutes from the beach and sea wall that takes you into Teignmouth. Teignmouth is a vibrant coastal town with a beautiful long promenade, pier and beach, where you can sit and watch the world go by. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs to refuel, and the Arts Quarter is a fantastic spot to appreciate the local art, exhibitions and workshops. Just a short journey away is the sandy beach of Dawlish Warren where you can laze in the sun and take a refreshing dip in the ocean on a hot summer’s day.

Perfect & Peaceful
The cottage were we stayed was in a perfect location, the beach was a a 10 minute walk away. Overhaul our holiday there was perfect. We will definitely go back there.

Lovely and warm, comfy bed , quick access to the beach. Every thing you need, except television down stairs couldn’t get main channels, poor signal , if we wanted mainstream tv watched it on I pad Lovely cream tea on arrival.

We loved staying in this cosy cottage, I loved the tv in the bedroom. Near to local towns and the sea. Dawlish is a great place to visit and see it’s famous black swans, Teignmouth also lovely, as to is Shaldon. The Smugglers pub also does an amazing carvery, short walk for the energetic!
