Narrow motor access to the house. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces, extra), communal covered parking (extra). Shop 300 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop, railway station "Davos Dorf" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 1 km, bathing lake 1 km. Mountain railway, skisport facilities, slopes, ski school, sled run 1.5 km, cross country ski track, ice rink 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Parsenn 300 m, Jakobshorn 1.5 km. The building is located upstream of the resort of Parsenn mountain and offers beautiful view. Parking + garage (reservation on arrival).
1-room apartment 50 m2 on 1st floor. Comfortable and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds and cable TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. Alcove with curtain with 2 beds. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven). Bath/WC. Balcony 7 m2, south facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
