Enjoy life on the water on All Sports Big Lake in this cozy cottage on 80 feet of sandy frontage. An "up north" feel but just 10 minutes from I-75 and 15 minutes from downtown Clarkston. This property has a sandy beach front with a swimmable area. There is a dock if you bring a watercraft. A public boat launch is 1 mile away. Nearby there are many parks, golf courses, shopping, Mt.Holly and Alpine Valley for downhill skiing, and excellent restaurants in the village of Clarkston.
