There was no water and she called back very quickly to help resolve the issue. Matt was also very helpful in providing information about the Dolly Sod hikes when we stopped by the office.

Great location, lots of broken things...
Great location for a ski weekend with friends. The twin beds worked out great so no one had to share a bed. Unit was clean and more spacious than we thought. However, there are serious plumbing issues with the kitchen. The drain disconnected under the sink when we ran the garbage disposal and put water all over the cabinet and kitchen floor. The dishwasher drains into the sink, so we were not able to use the dishwasher either. We contacted the property manager on check out day when this happened and there was never a response. The blinds in the living room also fall off when they get the slightest touch, the burners on the stove are partially broken, and the vent fans in the bathrooms worked intermittently.

Quick Getaway
We enjoyed our stay! Was looking for something cute and cozy and this was just that. From the pictures listed online I thought this was a duplex style rental, but it is more of a mini condo with 5 units. It wasnt an issue at all, I was just surprised. Our unit was plenty big enough to accommodate our group. Our kids loved the loft area! Very clean! My only complaints were that the beds were a little hard and the pillows were pretty used. Some people in our group went out and bought pillows to use instead lol. We cooked every day and a few of the pans could be upgraded. Otherwise exactly as listed :). We pick our rentals based on location. This was 25minutes to Blackwater Falls State Park, 25 minutes to Seneca Rocks and about 50 minutes from Spruce Knob. Thank you very much!!
