"It was so wonderful. The staff were professional and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The food was absolutely excellent. There was live music in the lobby. A bar in the lobby. Very conveniently located I was able to walk to shopping, resturants, night clubs, bus station and business center. Bus stop is right there. Plenty of taxis."

"this was my first stay at cervantes and was a positive experience. I chose it for the low cost. The rooms were clean and mostly in good condition. However the AC in first room didn't work and they immediately upgraded me to a larger room and I had no problem. Note that the hotel is on the second floor and there is no elevator."

"Have stayed here many times. Always consistent. The restaurant is good and the staff is very friendly. Ask for Jose. David has limited restaurants that may appeal to American tastes. If you are visiting I suggest you try Boquete where you will be pleased. If spending a few nights in David then Alcala is certainly acceptable. I have lived here for 4 years so I have a little experience in these things."
