This historic building has been repurposed into amazing apartment lofts featuring granite countertops, sealed concrete flooring, subway tile surrounds and exposed brick walls. The river views and modern industrial vibe make for a totally unique experience.
Our check-in and check-out process is automatic and seamless. Once booked, guests receive a private keycode that will provide keyless access to the apartment, and will enter the complex via a secured door.
Guests will have access to their unit, as well as the rooftop patio over looking the Mississippi River.
Periodically, a train will pass through downtown, so we provide ear plugs and sound machines in case they're too noisy.
There are dedicated parking spaces in back, plus free street parking out front (for up to 2 hours).
Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. If there's evidence of smoking, guests will be charged a $250 fee.
Absolutely no parties. We cannot stress enough that. The safety and comfort of you, our neighbors and other guests is our number priority. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
We ask that you do not take home any of the essential amenities provided to you throughout your stay (towels, games, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.). Thanks for your consideration!
