It's ok - probably not staying here again
Overall the house is ok. Looks a bit run down. Stains on the carpet, holes in the wall, very cheap furniture. I pulled a plastic cup out of the cupboard on our first night there and it was sticky. Looked like it had grape juice all over it. Scary, so we washed everything else before use. Biggest thing was no heat for the pool. I requested it and paid for it (had to pay for 7 days even though we were only staying 5), then we get there and nothing. I reached out to the manager, they told me that they tried to turn it on but the heater needed to be replaced. Then they asked if I would like my money back. Would I like my money back after I paid for something that you couldn't provide? Yes. Why is that even a question? Should you have notified me before I tried to go swimming? Yes. Just overall disappointing. There was a sparsity in amenities as well. 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for 5 night stay isn't going to cut it. The neighborhood is quiet and gated, and the house is fine if you're ok with getting the bare minimums.
